Fire & Smoke Damage

Once cleanup and mitigation are complete, we can handle the construction work needed to repair and rebuild damaged portions of the home.

Storm Damage

When the property has been stabilized and emergency work is finished, we can complete interior and exterior repairs needed to restore the home.

2. We Inspect the Damage

We walk through the affected areas with you and determine what needs to be repaired or rebuilt.

3. You Receive an Estimate

We provide a detailed scope and estimate for the reconstruction work.

4. Review It With Your Insurer

You can provide our estimate and supporting documentation to your insurance company.

5. We Rebuild Your Home

Once you and Ace of Trades approve the work, we schedule the reconstruction and put your home back together.

Sometimes a loss creates an opportunity to make improvements, such as different flooring, new cabinets, an updated vanity, or upgraded countertops. We can separate the project so you can see what is part of the rebuild and what is an optional upgrade.
